5.1 Rates, fees and charges are indicative only and subject to change.

5.2 Comparison rates provided for products are calculated on a standardised loan amount and term and may vary when accounting for different terms, fees or loan amounts. Ausgiv does not guarantee that any advertised rate will be suitable or available to you.

5.3 Ausgiv does not guarantee that a lender will provide finance to you at the advertised rate or that the product will be suitable for your financial circumstances or needs. Provision of finance is at the final discretion of the lender.

6. Liability

6.1 All information, calculations, models and assessments made on this website are general in nature only and do not account for your personal objectives, financial situation or needs. Nothing presented on this website constitutes the creation of any relationship to you as a client of Ausgiv and does not constitute financial advice.

The seat of arbitration will be Brisbane, Australia. The language of the arbitration will be English. The number of arbitrators will be one.
